David Bostick over at Gallatin Honda is one of the main reasons I come back to the dealership for things as simple as an oil change. Excellent customer service. It was quick and easy thanks to him and he answered all my questions in a way I could understand.

Justin Williams was a non-aggressive,friendly and very knowledgeable sales representative who guided me through my first New car ownership purchase. He took the time to introduce me to the staff and go over all the features of my new vehicle; including calming my anxiety by leaving me information on how to keep in touch after I leave the dealership if theres a concern/problem. I have no problem recommending this establishment for 1st time car buyers.

My experience was HORRIBLE! They had my car for over 2 months with EVERY excuse known to man as to why it was taking so long. THEN to top it off they broke my dash and I had to pay for it. Everybody that I talked to went around in circles with their story. Including the General Manager. Terrible experience. $3000 later.... just to fix my ac. They are liars. I can say one good thing though, Austin in the service department is great.
The employees here have always treated me well. Randy is usually the guy I see, but they are all great. I don’t feel pressured to get things I don’t need or don’t have the money for. I would recommend.

I had a very good experience buying my new 2022 Odyssey at Gallatin Honda. Justin did a great job at helping me track and get my van in the trim and color combination we were looking for. The purchasing process was mostly online. Very transparent, upfront price with no surprises. I honestly don’t like to spend a lot of time at dealerships going through stuff, I like it to go quick, honest and easy and this is exactly how it went with Justin and his team, so very pleased with that and definitely recommend this Honda dealership.

Had all new tires installed on our van, oil change and several other points of preventative maintenance performed. Though communication was a bit wonky throughout, which resulted in a slightly longer wait and having to re-do something, these folks took care of it! I'm thrilled to have a well-maintained vehicle. Price was fair, work looks as though it was done with care and it drives just perfect. We'll return for the next maintenance trip; just maybe try to keep things clearer then. Thanks!

I arrived early to my appointment for an oil change only to learn the power had been out and they were running late. Not to worry, Bubba made sure that I settled in the waiting area with coffee. After the oil change, tire rotation and wash job was finished, he went over the work done and explained the inspection report. Job well done.
I contacted Gallatin Honda regarding a problem with my passenger side sun visor. I asked for a warranty repair since the truck is still covered by the warranty. They ordered the part and installed it when it came into the dealership a few days later. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and their facility is very nice. The customer waiting area is large and has several sitting areas with different TV channels playing and one with no TV playing. There is complimentary water, coffee, and a few snacks plus vending machines.
Gallatin Honda service department is very thorough and accommodating. I feel that any recommendations made are warranted. Their service team is very courteous.
Great guys in Service Department! They figured out on my Non-running Honda Odyssey that stranded me the Serpentine Belt tensioner broke plus broke new belt another dealership put on car less than 5000 miles ago. Other dealership was told to replace it and shown a video of noise it was making. They didn't recognize it was the tensioner making bad noises on it OR in person. My 27 year old Daughter even sent a text to other dealership service guy saying tensioner was bad with another video she'd made over her running car. Their Honda mechanic of 40 years said " ...

Mostly worked with Robert, who is new there but he’s definitely experienced and a good communicator. Very nice waiting area. I did have to come back the next day because my Toyota parts weren’t in stock. I was in town from CT for a family funeral. My check engine light came on and it was Saturday. So I brought my car into the service center. I had to drive to Florida the next day. Bubba took real good care of us! He really listened and did his best to get the job done right and get us on our way as quick as possible. It stinks having your car break down while away from home. Took my 98’ Prelude in with a bad ignition lock cylinder. With it being old and high miles I was afraid I was going to be pestered to buy something new. Didn’t happen at all in fact they were more excited to see a Prelude than anything else. Austin helped me out through the whole process and kept me informed. Got the car back good to go with new genuine Honda keys and the red programming key (super rare these days). Awesome place and awesome people.

Made recall appointment online. Was not instructed on what was needed prior. Arrived for appointment only to be told they did not have the materials in stock and that I should have called first. This appointment was made 2 weeks prior. They did not review the appointment and expected me to do their job.

My husband had experienced problems with the staff when he brought our car in yesterday to Gallatin Honda. Eventually I spoke to Dave, the owner. What a total turnaround! This is an owner that knows how to deal with a problem and take responsibility instead of doing what a 100% of other businesses would do; make excuses. Not only did Dave accept responsibility for the staff's actions, but when we returned our car today (for an issue that was missed yesterday) he paid our $200 bill. Name me any other company that would do that!

Was travelling back from Nashville to Pittsburgh when my transmission pressure sensor and dry belt went to crap. These guys got me in and out of the shop within 3 hours despite how busy they were. Made the 8 hour trip back with no problems whatsoever. Servicepeople were excellent and very accommodating to my situation. Will be forever grateful to how clutch these guys were.
