The Honda Civic Hatchback interior gives the versatility any driver seek; with the ability to seat 5 passengers in two rows or hold anything in the trunk with more than enough space. Some base model interior amenities are: 5-inch LCD Screen, 4-Speaker Audio System, LED Pocket Light, and Automatic Climate Control System. Along with some available tech: Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, HondaLink, 7-inch Display with High-Resolution Electrostatic Touch-Screen, and HD radio. In the Honda Civic Hatchback, drivers can be connected with ease and comfortable for any trip ahead.
The Honda Civic Hatchback has 4 available trim types with different technology available for the inside, the standard LX, EX, Sport, and Sport Touring. With the LX, some more base level features are illuminated steering wheel mounted controls, 12-Volt power outlets in the front row, and an USB audio interface. For the optional EX, Sport, and Sport Touring trim levels, you can see a 12-speaker sound system with a subwoofer, 8-way driver’s seat, heated seats, and a 4-way front passenger seat.

The LX & EX trim levels coming in at 70.8 inches wide and 56.5 inches tall, it has 25.7 cubic feet of trunk storing space. I’ve now had several experiences with Gallatin Honda, and unfortunately the pattern has been consistently negative. My most recent visit confirmed what my family and I have felt before: the customer service and atmosphere are not welcoming.

It genuinely felt like we were being watched rather than welcomed.
This wasn’t my first concerning experience here. I accompanied a friend who was pressured to buy a car he had already said he wasn’t ready for. A salesperson told him, “You’re a big boy, time to start making big boy purchases,” which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Another time, my sister found a car online with a listed discount, but when we arrived, the dealership refused to honor the price advertised on their own website. They even suggested my grandmother was “getting upset,” which felt dismissive and unnecessary.
The atmosphere felt tense, and none of us felt welcomed or acknowledged. It was disappointing, especially compared to other dealerships where the customer service was warm and attentive. I’m sharing this in hopes that the dealership can improve the experience for future customers.
I had my vehicle serviced on 10/30/25 by Robert Brady Holt: He was exceptional! Nr. Holt went over everything with me that had been done on my vehicle and what to expect next time. I will definitely be back! Happy customer 😀
Anna and the crew have been awesome. Unfortunately today is her last. The other guys are also great. The parts department is also stellar.
We recently bought a 2022 Honda Pilot from this dealer. Our experience was wonderful especially compared to our experience with the Toyota dealer. The sales people at Gallatin Honda were patient and professional. They bent over backwards to provide for us a very good deal. We are very satisfied and would recommend them to everyone.
This location has a wonderful service department. Everyone is nice and helpful. They will take good care of you and your vehicle.
