I’ve now had several experiences with Gallatin Honda, and unfortunately the pattern has been consistently negative. My most recent visit confirmed what my family and I have felt before: the customer service and atmosphere are not welcoming. I had an appointment scheduled for 11 AM and arrived at 11:20. Even with that small delay, my grandparents and I waited almost an hour before our salesperson greeted us, and then waited again until noon before being helped. The energy felt off, and the atmosphere was uncomfortable — especially with the managers sitting in a glass office overlooking the showroom. It genuinely felt like we were being watched rather than welcomed. This wasn’t my first concerning experience here. I accompanied a friend who was pressured to buy a car he had already said he wasn’t ready for. A salesperson told him, “You’re a big boy, time to start making big boy purchases,” which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Another time, my sister found a car online with a listed discount, but when we arrived, the dealership refused to honor the price advertised on their own website. They even suggested my grandmother was “getting upset,” which felt dismissive and unnecessary. The atmosphere felt tense, and none of us felt welcomed or acknowledged. It was disappointing, especially compared to other dealerships where the customer service was warm and attentive. I’m sharing this in hopes that the dealership can improve the experience for future customers.
I had my vehicle serviced on 10/30/25 by Robert Brady Holt: He was exceptional! Nr. Holt went over everything with me that had been done on my vehicle and what to expect next time. I will definitely be back! Happy customer 😀

We recently bought a 2022 Honda Pilot from this dealer. Our experience was wonderful especially compared to our experience with the Toyota dealer. The sales people at Gallatin Honda were patient and professional. They bent over backwards to provide for us a very good deal. We are very satisfied and would recommend them to everyone.
This location has a wonderful service department. Everyone is nice and helpful. They will take good care of you and your vehicle.
We purchased a new Honda Odysessy 6 months ago and this summer the AC was not working as expected especially for a new vehicle under warranty: The service department only tested the thermometer never considering that perhaps the issue was with the actual thermometer. They didn’t perform diagnostic testing and didn’t manually assess the issue we were experiencing. This was a frustrating experience and they left us without resolution so another appointment will likely be scheduled and another half a day wasted.
I waited over two hours for a diagnostic problem which never was found. Not happy.

Brandon in Sales and Heather in Financing were absolutely amazing to work with. They answered every question I had and did their best to make sure I had a car in the timeframe I wanted and ensured I had the best deal possible (which is hard to do during this time). Heather went above and beyond with helping me with financing, and making the experience actually great and enjoyable. I will be recommending them to everyone!
My Honda 2005 CR-V was in for first time service. Service Advisor Josh England greeted me and addressed all of my vehicle’s needs. Josh along with Honda Manager AJ Becquet reviewed what was required & then did a complete review to ensure that the necessary service was completed. My service advisor Josh was on top of everything. He & AJ made sure that I received exactly what I was looking for. Great results like this will always bring me back for additional service.

Wow. This dealership has been awesome. We’ve worked with several other dealerships in the past and the experience at Gallatin Honda has been night and day different—in the best way. We’ve had terrible, mediocre, and okay experiences at other places but so far, every experience (from a phone call to a full service) has been top notch here. We bought our van at a different location so I have no experience with the sales team to speak of but the service dept is OUTSTANDING! They are responsive, communicative, helpful, fast, efficient, and kind. If you wait there, the place is clean and comfortable even offering free snacks and drinks. But when I couldn’t stay there (We have three children—in car seats) they went above and beyond to provide (timely & safe) rides for pick and drop off. Josh, Keith, and Collin were all so kind and helpful. We def recommend this dealership!!
My battery died in the parking lot at Gallatin Honda. The service advisor jumped the car off and I drove it inside the service lane. I told him it was probably the battery. He said it was out of warranty and would be $160.00 to replace. After waiting over an hour and a half the car was finally ready. They charged me 39.95 to replace the battery and %26.02 for (shop supplies). I asked why i was charged shop supplies and he said they did that on all tickets. A battery takes two nuts and two cables to remove. No shop supplies used or needed. then he said it was to pay to have the battery picked up for recycling. i asked him if I bought one over the counter would I [pay that? He said probably. That is not true. I will not recommend this service department to anyone.
