The towing ability for the Honda Pilot is 3,500-5,000 lbs. For the Pilot, there isn’t really a range for towing capability, it’s simply 2 options. In the middle, there’s the EX All-Wheel-Drive weighing in at 4,176 pounds and the Special Edition All-Wheel-Drive trim weighs 4,255 lbs. On the highest end of the trim levels, there’s the Black Edition All-Wheel-Drive trim weighing 4,321 pounds.
The Honda Pilot has a ground clearance of 7.3 inches. Thanks to the Pilot’s relative height in addition to its build, drivers will be able to easily clearly see potential traffic problems from a much longer distance compared to those in shorter vehicles.

It genuinely felt like we were being watched rather than welcomed.
This wasn’t my first concerning experience here. I accompanied a friend who was pressured to buy a car he had already said he wasn’t ready for. A salesperson told him, “You’re a big boy, time to start making big boy purchases,” which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Another time, my sister found a car online with a listed discount, but when we arrived, the dealership refused to honor the price advertised on their own website. They even suggested my grandmother was “getting upset,” which felt dismissive and unnecessary.
The atmosphere felt tense, and none of us felt welcomed or acknowledged. It was disappointing, especially compared to other dealerships where the customer service was warm and attentive. I’m sharing this in hopes that the dealership can improve the experience for future customers.

We recently bought a 2022 Honda Pilot from this dealer. Our experience was wonderful especially compared to our experience with the Toyota dealer. The sales people at Gallatin Honda were patient and professional. They bent over backwards to provide for us a very good deal. We are very satisfied and would recommend them to everyone.
This location has a wonderful service department. Everyone is nice and helpful. They will take good care of you and your vehicle.
